Summer Camp News
The second payment deadline had been moved up a week to April 13.
The Troop will once again be attending Camp Woodruff in Blairsville, Georgia
the week of June 28 - July 4, 2009. We will leave Epworth early Sunday
morning, June 28th and return just after noon on Saturday, July 4th.
The total cost of Summer Camp is $255 per scout for basic camp. A small fee
for transportation costs (i.e. gas) will be determined later. For those that
would like to take care of this in installments the schedule is like this:
January 26 - Minimum due of $70 per scout
April 13 - Minimum due of additional $80 per scout
June 14 - Balance of all fees due
We need parents to help chaperon Summer Camp for the entire week or for
part of the week. Please let Jackie Hicks or Lynn Struck know if you are
interested so we can get you signed up also.
Special note for the parents of the visiting Webelos: This deadline
includes your son if they are planning on going to summer camp with the
Troop.
