Breakfast:
Eggs & Quakers (CC: 10 minutes)
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground sausage
6 eggs
Shredded Cheese
Gold fish
Items Needed:
Frying Pan
Spatula
Camping Stove
Step 1: Brown sausage on frying pan.
Step 2: Crack eggs into frying pan one at a time while mixing them up with the sausage.
Step 3: After all the eggs have been added and scrambled into the sausage, add shredded cheese to the sausage and egg.
Step 4: Add Gold fish and mix.
Step 5: Take frying pan off stove.
Step 6: Enjoy!
Notes: For larger portions keep a 1 lb sausage/half dozen egg ratio.
Doughnuts (CC: 1 minute per doughnut)
Ingredients:
Biscuits in a can
Powder Sugar
Vegetable Oil
Items Needed:
Camping Stove
Big Pot
Ladle
(optional bag)
Step 1: Pour vegetable oil into the pot and let the oil boil.
Step 2: Once the oil is boiling make sure the stove is not to hot or you will not cook the doughnuts all the way though.
Step 3: Poke a hole in the biscuit to make it look like a doughnut.
Step 4: Drop biscuit into the oil, wait till the side in the oil turns gold then flip it the biscuit over to cook that side.
Step 5: Once both sides are cooked take the biscuit out and cover it in powder sugar (Hint: put the sugar in a bag, then drop the biscuit in the bag, close and shake)
Step 6: Let the doughnut cool off, and then enjoy!
Dinner
Fish In Foil (CC: 10 minutes – Needs Verification)
Ingredients:
Tilapia
Butter
Seasoning (your choice)
Items Needed:
Aluminum Foil
Charcoal
Tongs for flipping
Step 1: Spread butter all over the Tilapia.
Step 2: Sprinkle seasoning all over the Tilapia.
Step 3: Wrap Tilapia in foil.
Step 4: Place Tilapia on heated charcoal.
Step 5: Wait till the Tilapia as become gold in color.
Step 6: Take Tilapia off charcoal and let cool.
