Monday night (yes - the 21st) is Court of Honor. In accordance with the Troop By-Laws (which you received last week) the boys are required to attend all Courts of Honor - if they are not going to be there - we need to know. All parents are requested to attend. Each Scout has a snack assignment - ask your Scout what he is supposed to bring.
DUES - Monday is the last day to pay or your Scout will not be included in the Troop for 2010 - if you are not going to stay in the Troop - we need to know ASAP and would like to know why. All parents will be called this week end that have not already sent in the dues. Registration form is attached
2010 Summer Camp - We are scheduled to go to Camp Daniel Bone in North Carolina the week of June 20-26. We have a limited number of slots and will take Scouts on a first come basis.
The Base Camp fee is $270. A deposit of $90 will be required no later than Jan 11. Full details and registration forms will be provided at Court of Honor.

It’s that time of the year to sign your Scout up with Troop 96 for 2010.
Please note: the application and payment must be received by Mrs. Hicks no later than 21 December 2009. If you have a problem meeting this deadline, please call her and discuss - we don’t want to leave anybody off the application to district.
And just a reminder: Court of Honor is Dec 21 at 7:00. All parents need to attend –plans and registration forms for Summer Camp 2010 will be provided and the first deposit of $90 will be due on Jan 11, 2010. We have a limited number of slots for Scouts this year and they will be given out in order of registrations received.
The fee schedule is:
One Scout $75
Second Scout in same family $50
Third Scout in same family $25
Example: for a family with 2 Scouts total dues = $125
for a family with 3 Scouts total dues = $150
Your renewal form is located in the Document page. Please note that the renewal from must be fully completed before it can be accepted. This includes the certification that the Troop By-Laws have been read by each Parent and Scout. A copy of the By-Laws is located on the website.
The Troop Committee requests that you complete the form (one form per child) and return it and a check for the dues no later than December 21, 2009. Checks are to be made payable to BSA Troop 96. If you have a problem meeting this deadline, please let Mrs. Hicks know immediately.
If for some reason you do not intend for your Scout to be a part of Troop 96 for 2010, you need to let her know this by the deadline also.
